This fantastic DVD package, 6 Rhinoplasty Live Surgeries which were performed by me in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 with Closed Atraumatic Rhinoplasty Technique, is prepared for you. All Live Surgery videos have a nice explanation for all surgical steps, include the Q&A sessions during the surgeries, and before & after (post-operative 1 year) results of the patients. All surgeries have a visual feast by the detailed endoscopic records. DVD 1 and 3 have Turkish sound, whereas DVD 2, 4, 5 and 6 have English explanation.

Video #1 (Primary Case): A nice demonstration for the treatment of crooked, severe humpy, droopy, quite asymmetric, thin skin and non-functional nose via Closed Rhinoplasty. This kind of challenging nose has not demonstrated in any live surgery performance until this one. Using closed technique in a such challenging nose makes this video unique. The interventions are septoplasty, chonca surgery, fix down technique, radix reduction, osteoplasty, maxilloplasty, ST flap technique, lateral steal, medial overlapping, keystone strut grafting, SMASectomy, dissection and application of levator alaque nasi muscle, maxillary augmentation, and double layer grafting.

Video #2 (Primary Case): A nice demonstration for the treatment of deviated, humpy, droopy, thick skin nose via Closed Rhinoplasty. The interventions are septoplasty, chonca surgery, fix down technique without any dorsum dissection, asymmetric osteotomies, external osteotomy, maxilloplasty, ST flap technique, lateral steal, strut grafting, and redraping with scroll and pitanguy ligaments protection.

Video #3 (Secondary Case): A nice demonstration for the treatment of secondary case, which has a quite wide, asymmetric and deviated nasal framework, inverted V deformity, severe tip asymmetry, projected tip, maxillary hypoplasia with severe functional problems in an asymmetric face, via Closed Rhinoplasty. The interventions are structural rhinoplasty, septoplasty, chonca surgery, osteoplasty, asymetric osteotomies, incision-skorring techniques, invisible spreader grafts, fixation of the nasal framework and closing the open roof, creating the dorsal lights, cleasing the previous non-absorbable sutures, tip reconstruction, lateral crural strut grafts, strut graft, dissection and plication of the levator alaque nasi muscle, maxillary augmentation and tip camuflage techniques with levator alaque nasi muscle graft.
