1- Scarless Face&NeckLift Procedure
Changes in the face that occur with aging are not limited to the skin and subcutaneous areas. Current facelift surgeries consist only of removing sagging skin and subcutaneous tissues. However, with aging, many structural changes occur on the face. It is not possible to obtain long-term results without eliminating these structural changes, and it causes surgeries that do not go beyond leaving a long scar on the patient’s face. Prof. Dr. Suleyman Tas focused especially on the correction of these structural changes with the endoscopic facelift surgery he developed and with his experience over the years, he saw how important it is to correct these structural changes and discovered that it is no longer necessary to remove the excess skin of the patients in most cases. In the scarless face and neck lift session, the participant will learn these secrets, from anatomy to cadaver dissection, from theoretical knowledge to how to practically perform this surgery. In addition, Prof. Dr. Suleyman TAS will inform the participants about the complications that may develop and their prevention with long-term follow-up results and will ensure that they are fully equipped on the subject.
2- Closed Rhinoplasty Procedure
Rhinoplasty is a difficult surgery that requires a lot of dedication and practice. Shaping the 3-dimensional nasal organ is considered the most difficult plastic surgery operation. That’s why most publications and books written about this surgery are about it. Shaping especially thick-skinned noses is the most difficult type of surgery in the field of nose surgery. On the other hand, performing these surgeries with a closed technique requires the surgeon to have a much greater knowledge of anatomy, and this is a stage in which he can begin to understand the closed technique after having performed at least 500 nose surgeries with the open technique rhinoplasty.
